Former Marion, resident Richard "Dean" Latimore, 51, of Surprise, Ariz. died at his home Wednesday, Jan., 23, 2008, following an illness of heart complications for four years.
Born in Ashland, March 14, 1956, he was the son of Richard and Mary Latimore of Avon Park, Fla.
He graduated from Pleasant High School in 1974, served 11 years in the Air Force. His occupation was a welder specialist. He was of the Protestant faith.
He is survived by his wife, Diana of Surprise, Ariz.; son Ryan Latimore of Victorville, Calif.; two grandchildren and five stepchildren; brother Timothy Latimore of Hamilton, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Affinity Hospice and Samaritan Funeral Home of Phoenix, Ariz., were in charge of arrangements.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
