Bert moved with his family to Mitchell county, KS when he was five-years-old and lived there until his death. He was a retired farmer.
He married Mary Pearl Specht in 1907. She preceded him in death in 1908. He married Clara E. Maxwell in 1916, she survives of Beloit.
Mr. Abram was a member of the First Christian Church, the Odd Fellows lodge, and Rebekah lodge, all of Beloit.
Surviving are his wife, two daughters, Frances Robbins, Omaha, Nebraska; Bettie Bloomgren, Council Grove, Kansas; a brother, Fred, Auburn, Kansas; two sisters, Carrye Crites, Pacifica, California; Alice Maxwell, Beloit; 12 grandchildren, 5 step-grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at the McDonald Funeral Home, Beloit. Burial will be in Elmwood cemetery, Beloit. Memorials may be given to the church.
