Floyd Jack Adams was the son of Robert Daniel & Emma Louisa Brundage Adams. He enlisted in the army-WW II- 18 Nov 1943 at Fort Douglas (Utah). He married Isma C. West February 16 1948 in Utah County, UT. They were the parents of a son, Floyd Jack Adams Jr.

Floyd died in Butte, Montana from accidental carbon monoxide poisoning
from a gas range.

Note: All documentation shows "Jack" as a middle name, not a nickname, however headstone is engraved Floyd A. Adams. Obituary confirms middle name as ALLEN. Headstone & obituary show birth year 1920 but death certificate & WW2 draft registration both show 1919. Death year was 1951 (note date of obituary) not 1950 as noted on headstone.
