Estella Overton, 74, Cosada Villa Nursing Home, Kansas City, Missouri, formerly of Atchison, died today at Kansas City. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Sumner Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday at the Stanton Mortuary, Atchison.
Mrs. Overton was born in Atchison on Aug. 25, 1910, the daughter of George and Laura Wiggins Fleiner. She attended Atchison schools.
She married Elwin Buster. They later divorced. She then married Millard Overton on June 7, 1948, in Atchison. He preceded her in death. She was also precede by one son. Mrs. Overton enjoyed her home and family.
Survivors include three daughters, Janice Garrison, Kansas City, Mo., Gloria James, Lawrence, and Darlene Eylar, Atchison; three sons, Jimmie Buster, Atchison, James Overton, Newark, Ohio, and Gerald Overton, Topeka; one sister, Claudia Eiche, Atchison; 18 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
