Mary I. Bernacka, 88, of Lakewood, died Monday, Sept. 27, 2010 at Ocean Medical Center, Brick. Born in Jersey City, she lived there until moving to Lakewood. She was employed as a tube tester with RC, Harrison, NJ for many years until her retirement.
Mary is survived by her brother, Walter F. Bernacki; two nieces, Nancy Merz and Melissa Rahn and two nephews, Larry and Craig Bernacki.
Viewing will be Wednesday, 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Weatherhead Young Funeral Home, 885 Mantoloking Rd., Brick. A funeral liturgy will be celebrated Thursday, 9:30am at Church of the Visitation, Brick. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
