It is with deep regret that the Northeast R-4 Rural Fire Association announces the Line-of-Duty Death of Firefighter Henry "Jay" Branscum. Firefighter Branscum died while working on a multiple structure fire, September 3, 2011. Firefighter Branscum leaves behind wife Kim Darnell Branscum and step-son Tyler Chandler, mother, Irma "Pepper"; step-father, Michael Weiland; sister, Kimberly Smith; brother, Timothy Branscum; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He married Kim on Feb 14, 2007.
Henry is the son of Clifford O. and Irma "Pepper" L. (Sides) Branscum.
Funeral Arrangements are as follows:
Services are set for 10 AM Thursday Sept. 8, 2011 at
Timber Lake Christian Church
1624 Gratz Brown Moberly, MO 65270.
The Family will receive friends from 8-10 AM at the church.
Burial to follow at
