WEATHERFORD — Olen Lester Dutton, 95, of Weatherford, died Saturday morning, July 16, 2011, in a local nursing facility. Born April 22, 1916 in Knox City, Texas, he was a resident of Weatherford and Parker County for many years. He was a farmer, member of the Church of Christ, Sam's RV Club and Sportsman and Fishing Club.Mr. Dutton was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Vola Dutton; parents, Albert and Flossie Dutton; and brother, Melvin. Survivors include his sons, Jerry Don Dutton and wife, Connie, of Breckenridge, Dan Dutton and wife, Carolyn, of Weatherford; sister-in-law, Regina Louise Longley of Brownwood; 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 19, in the Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel with interment in Zion Hill Cemetery.The family would like to express their special thanks to Weatherford Healthcare and staff for their loving care.Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel913 N.
