Daughter of John Henry Wolf and Cynthia Ann (Lane) Wolf.

Married to George Hemmings Colvin on October 27, 1900. Mother of Nellie Olive, Pauline Elizabeth, Frieda Hazel, Ralph Thomas, Agnes Naoma, Charles Ernest, and Katheryn Louise Colvin and Georgia Nadene (Colvin) Ellis Pritts.

At this time, it is unknown if there is a headstone or not. The ground in this cemetery is very soft and many stones are sinking or are already underground. Slowly and thoroughly, the cemetery is being probed for these stones. The Colvin plot has yet to be probed.

DEATH CLAIMS DELLA COLVIN

Mrs. Della May Colvin, 57, wife of George H. Colvin, died at the family home, 1017 Cincinnati Street, Sunday afternoon at 4:40 o'clock. Mrs. Colvin had been in failing health for the past four months and had been bedfast for three weeks.

Born May 15, 1878, near Mount Ayr, she was the daughter of John and Cynthia Wolf and was married to Mr. Colvin October 27, 1900. The couple lived in Brookston until fourteen years ago, when they moved to Lafayette.

Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Stiles Jefferies, of Chalmers; Mrs. Robert Williamson, of Logansport; Miss Kathryn Colvin, at home, and Mrs. William Ellis, of Lafayette; two sons, Ernest Colvin, of Lafayette, and Ralph, at home; two brothers, E.C. Wolf, of Michigan City, and Ben Wolf, of Big Valley, Alberta, Can.; and a sister, Mrs. Charles Mehaffie, of Big Valley, Alberta, Can.

The body was removed to the Rogers & Smith funeral home.
