Michael A. Knoth, 61, of Lafayette, died at 1:53 a.m. Saturday, March 21, 2009, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center.
He was born Dec. 1, 1947, in Lafayette, to the late Francis and Thelma Nicholas Knoth. He graduated from Lafayette Jefferson High School and served in the Army from 1967 to 1972.
Mr. Knoth worked at Market Square Lanes for the past 15 years. He attended the Upper Room Christian Fellowship Church.
Surviving are his sons, Justin F. Knoth and Anthony M. Knoth, both of Lafayette; and his siblings, James A. Knoth (wife: Keltie) of Lafayette, Dennis Knoth (wife: Jane) and Robert Knoth (wife: Cindy), both of Delphi, Ed Knoth and Mary Ann Fair (husband: Ron), both of West Lafayette, Peggy Reedy (husband: Wayne) of Monticello and Richard Knoth (wife: Marge) of Bradenton, Fla.
Also surviving is a granddaughter, Trinity. He was preceded in death by a son, Jason Knoth; and a brother, John F. Knoth.
