Shannon was a special needs child. Now she will know and see all her loving family in heaven. Shannon was apparently born normal, then at a few months old she developed an infection and a very high fever, and it was thought that it caused her brain damage. Precious child that we all adored. I don't understand why Shannon was a special needs child. But God Does!
Deeply loved and missed by all her family.
Her passing was her release to be forever happy and normal.
