Son of Anna Nally and Kenneth Strange. He served in the U.S. Air Force. His obituary provides that he was a loved and very loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

Max was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, JoAnne Wilson. Surviving family included a son, two daughters and their families; brother, Mike (Linda) Strange, and sister Martha (Bob) Land.

AN ASIDE: I first met Max when my father bought a house near Lange School in 1947. Max and I were in the same grade and we remained close friends until he entered the Air Force in 1954. During that period of friendship, I spent many a day and night at the Strange home.

I attempted to reconnect with Max several times in recent years, but was not successful. Rest in Peace, Old Friend.
