Daughter of Charles Edward Finlay and Ann Redfield. Married Rex Lee Paris Oct 25, 1911. He was the son of John W. Paris of Flushing, NY. He developed tuberculosis a few years after they were married. Neva's father offered a reward of 1,000,000 dollars to anyone who could come up with a successful cure. They were later divorced.
Neva Paris was an early female aviator. She died while flying solo near Woodbine, GA. She was a charter member of the Ninety-Nines, an international organization of licensed women pilots of which Amelia Earhart was its first president.
