The Death Record:
Jacob W Ditzler, of Hopeland.
Jacob W. Ditzler, died Monday forenoon at his home in Hopeland, of a complication of diseases, aged 66 years, 7 months, and a day. He is survived by his wife, who before marriage was Miss Susan Hehnly, one daughter Alice, wife of Elmer Weitsel, at Hopeland, one grand child, and these sisters and brothers. Henry W Ditzler, and Mrs Rebecca Bedger, of Shoeneck; Mrs Henrietta Wolf of Ephrata and a half brother, William W Fasnacht, of Schoeneck. The funeral will be held from his late home at Hopeland, this Friday morning, March 18, at 9:30 A.M., followed by services in the Hopeland U B Church. Interment will be made in the adjoining cemetery. Rev R E Morgan of Hopeland and Rev N I Fake of Avon will officiate. Funeral Director H M Mellinger of Denver, has charge.
