Son of Cyrus Ditzler and Christianna (Annie) White Ditzler Fassnacht.

The Ephrata Review:
Friday, April 12, 1929

"Died:
Henry Ditzler, sixty-nine years old, died on Sunday evening at his home near Schoeneck of heart disease after an illness of one week. His wife who was Catherine Goshert survives and the following children: Mrs Henry Kramer, Ephrata; Mrs Martin Stuber, Schoeneck and Mrs Monroe Strickler, Denver. Also six grandchildren, four great grandchildren, two sisters, Mrs John Wolf, Ephrata and Mrs Rebecca Bedger, Schoeneck, and a half brother, William Fasnacht, Schoeneck.
He was a member of the United Brethren church, Schoeneck, and the Denver Relief Association, No 2. The funeral was held in the home Thursday morning at 9:30 and at 10 o'clock in Mellinger's meeting house, near Schoeneck. Interment in the adjoining cemetery."
