Western Outlaw. After serving two prison terms for various offenses including manslaughter, he was shot and killed by a shotgun blast fired by Deputy Constable Edwin L. Willow. Douglas had attempted to enter a woman's room against her wishes and was shot while attempting to pull his pistol against Constable Willow.
