Actress. Born in Missouri Valley, Iowa, she began performing in the theatre at age eight and made her screen debut in "There, Little Girl, Don't Cry" (1910). She appeared in over 175 silent films to include "The Baby" (1912), "Closed at Ten" (1914), "The Miracle of Life" (1915), "The Tiger-Lily" (1919), "Any Woman" (1925) and "Uncle Tom's Cabin" (1927). Wife of silent film director, Harry A. Pollard.
