Mrs. Renota LaDonna Brewton, age 79, of Murrayville, died Friday, August 24, 2012, at Gateway Health and Rehab in Cleveland, GA.
Mrs. Brewton had lived in Lumpkin County since 2003 and had lived in Cumming, GA for most of her life. She was a homemaker and member of Blessed Hope Baptist Church in Cherokee County.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bennie David Brewton, Sr; children, Alice Brewton and Bennie David Brewton, Jr.
Funeral services for Mrs. Brewton were held Sunday, August 26, 2012 at the Banister Funeral Home Chapel in Dahlonega. Rev. Travis Bridgman and Rev. Todd McGee officiated.
Interment followed in the Alpharetta City Cemetery.
Banister Funeral Home of Dahlonega was in charge of the arrangements.
