Born in 1683, and married Joanna Lamb on July 23, 1723, he died in his 78th year.
Per his gravestone (“In Memory of / Mr. / EBENEZER BLISS / Who died / Novbr 4th 1761 / In His 78th / Year.”), he was 77 years old (in his 78th year) when he died on 4 Nov 1761. He was thus born about 1683-84 (1684 if born before November; 1683 if his 78th birthday was in November or December; if his stated age was correct). “Ebenezer Bliss of Springfield Died Novemr. 4th. anno: dom: 1761” per Springfield town records.

There is no record of the birth of Ebenezer Bliss, son of John Bliss & Patience Burt. His father John Bliss “removed to Northampton, Mass., in 1672, was there through his sister’s famous trial for witchcraft, returned to Springfield about the close of the year 1685, and afterwards removed to Longmeadow, where he resided until his death, Sept. 10, 1702” per the Genealogy of the Bliss Family in America (1881) p. 37. So Ebenezer was likely born in Northampton (in Hampshire Co. north of Springfield) and moved to Springfield as a child.

The Ebenezer Bliss of Springfield who was born on 29 July 1683 was his first cousin Ebenezer Bliss, the son of Samuel Bliss & Mary Leonard (“Ebenezer the son of Samuel Bliss Senr. & Mary his wife was borne July 29th, 1683” per Springfield town records). That Ebenezer died on 7 Sep 1717. See memorial 111672764.
