Born in Warychowce, Poland. Primary and part of secondary education in Nowy Sambor, Poland. In 1921 arrived in U.S. In 1925 graduated from Holy Family of Nazareth Academy, Chicago, Ill.; in 1927, premedical course at De Paul University, and in 1929 graduated from Northwestern University with B.S. degree, majoring in French and Philosophy. In 1939 was presented with an art scholarship by Sister Stanisia, noted artist-painter; in 1942 completed the First Aid Course of the American Red Cross. Naturalized in 1930. Society editor of the Polish Daily News in Chicago, Ill, from 1933 to 1940. In 1933 elected treasurer of Polish Journalists Syndicate in America; in 1936 vice-president of Chicago Journalists Circle; in 1935 appointed member of Educational Department of P.W.A. In 1937 organized Tau Sigma Pi Sorority; in 1940 organized Curie Club of University Women. From 1937 to 1939 secretary of Night in Poland Committee. In 1939 delegate to the Polish Women's Alliance National Convention.

Member: Polish Journalists' and Publishers' Syndicate; Northwestern University Alumni Association; Polish Welfare Ass'n; Society of Polish Museum, Chicago; Polish Civilian War Relief Unit of the American Red Cross; Associate member of Polish Arts Club; Honorary member of Catholic Juniors of P.R.C.U.; Junior Auxiliary of St. Mary's of Nazareth Hospital; Junior League of Polish Welfare Ass'n; Ladies Auxiliary of St. Mary's Novitiate in Des Plaines, Ill.; Chairman of the Polish Book Fund Committee, raising funds and collecting Polish books and records for Polish soldiers, naval officers and pilots in Scotland. Spoke English, Polish, French and Ukrainian. Died January 10, 1943 in Chicago, Ill.
