Died, at 2 o'clock Sunday morning, Jan. 31, 1915, at the residence of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Williams, South Tenth street, Frances Williams, aged 3 years. The funeral will be held this afternoon at the residence. Interment will be made at Oak Ridge cemetery. She is survived by her parents and one brother, Edmund Frank.
