U.S. Capitol Police Sergeant Christopher Eney's line of duty death. He was the first U.S. Capitol Police Officer to be killed in the line of duty.

Sergeant Eney was accidentally killed during a CERT (SWAT) training exercise in Washington, DC. He served with the U.S. Capitol Police for 12 ½ years and is survived by his wife Vivian Cross and their two daughters Shannen and Heather.
