Funeral Services for Donna Christine "Chris" Schmidt have been scheduled for 2:00 PM, Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at Hayhurst Funeral Home Chapel in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Burial will be scheduled at a later date for Park Grove Cemetery in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
Donna Christine Schmidt was born November 14, 1956 in Tulsa, Oklahoma the daughter of Elmo A. and E. Dolores (Lay) Whitehead. She died Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at Cancer Treatment Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was 57 years of age.
The former Miss Donna Whitehead was a 1975 graduate of Broken Arrow High School in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma where she was a member of the FFA. She married William Robert "Bob" Schmidt on April 11, 1981 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Chris worked for Broken Arrow Public Schools and the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority.
