Sarah and James Hunter Blair were married in Philadelphia, PA on 19 Feb 1846. They moved to Honesdale, PA and in 1871 moved to Fulton County, Ohio.
She died 8 Aug 1890 in her home. The funeral was held at the family residence on 11 Aug with Rev. J.G. Smith, of the Congregational Church. Burial was in Wauseon Union Cemetery. The pallbearers were her six sons: Robert Smith, Frank Thompson, James Crawford, Samuel Thomas, Wells Collamer and Ellsworth.
