Travis D. Henderson II, 52, of Carrollton, Texas, formerly of Wichita Falls, passed away on Friday, February 24, 2012.

He was born August 12, 1959.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, March 1, 2012, at Heartland Church, 4020 Nazarene Drive, Carrollton, TX.

Graveside services will be at 3:30 p.m. Thursday at Crestview Memorial Cemetery on Archer City Highway in Wichita Falls with Father Ivor Koch officiating.

Mr. Henderson was the former chef and owner of The Place at Perry's, a five-star steakhouse previously located on Routh Street in Dallas. He separated from the restaurant in 2010, to pursue a consulting career. Survivors include children, Kendell, Colton and Kaylee Henderson; his mother, Iva Henderson; sister, Caron Williams; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles as well as friends too many to list here.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jed and Mona Lisa Martin; his sister, Donna Marie Henderson; many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
