Patricia Faye "Angel" Tayor-Lowery was the third child born to John Edward Taylor and Sybil Lucille Carter-Taylor.

She was the mother of four children, including two adopted children that she loved as her own. She raised two of her granddaughters after their mother passed away. I can still see how she beamed talking about dressing them in their pretty dresses, taking them to have pictures made.

Angel had a huge collection of photos of her family and it would be an all day trip down memory lane as we went through them together, laughing and crying at times.

She adored her grandmother whom she called "Mama" Cindy Grace Storm and her "Daddy" Allen Storm. As her cousin I was so happy to share hours with her just going back to our childhood.

Angel also loved her job as a police officer and managed to fit it all in. She was in a very bad auto accident while on duty and was never really the same after that in her body.

I must mention that she was deeply loved by many and was the apple of her mothers eye and was still grieving over the loss of her mother, Sybil Lucille Carter-Taylor when she became ill with breast cancer.

Cancer finally took her from us and there is a empty spot in the family that only she could fill.
Her children chose to have her cremated and have her ashes.
