Mrs. Jensen had been the manager and cook at the Beaumont Downs until her recent illness.
She was born in Olaa, Hawaii, January 4, 1921, a daughter of Chiojiro and Atomo Shimoe Mishima. She attended grade school in Hilo, Hawaii, and lived in the Salvation Army Home there. Her parents died when she was six. She attended high school at McKinley High in Honolulu, Hawaii.
She married Carl T. Jensen, May 20, 1944, in Honolulu. They lived in Boise, Idaho, for nine years and for the past 23 years in Manhattan.
She was a member of Montana Women's Bowling Association, League secretary of the Tuesday Coffee League, Manhattan Lanes; Past Noble Grand, Onyx Rebekah Lodge 75, and advisor to Louise Theta Rho Girls of Manhattan.
She is survived by her husband, Manhattan; two sons, Capt. Carl E. Jensen, Chicago, Ill., and Robert S. Jensen, Manhattan; two daughters, Carole J. Carroll and Patricia A. Finch, both of Manhattan; six grandchildren, Rans and Danielle Carroll, Brian, Carl Scott and Stephanie Jensen and Heather Finch; two sisters, Edith Ford and Judith Glay, both of Honolulu, one brother, George Mishima, Honolulu, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Fusako, and a brother, Yoshio.
