Mrs. William (Rozella) Sherman Skinner, 45, Manhattan, died Wednesday night at Bozeman Deaconess Hospital after an extended illness.

She was born May 1, 1928, at Three Forks. Her parents were Mr. and Mrs. Dorsey R. Sherman. In 1946 she graduated from Manhattan High School. She married William Skinner at Manhattan in June, 1946.

Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Mrs. Ralph (Linda) Speakman of Bellingham, Wash., Elaine Skinner of Las Vegas, Nev., and Mrs. Vonnie Weigum of Manhattan; one son, Airman 1.C. Warren (Buddy) Skinner of Malmstrom Air Force Base, Great Falls; two brothers, Harmon Sherman of Santa Barbara, Calif., and Milford Sherman of Barstow, Calif.; her mother, Mrs. Emma Sherman of Manhattan; three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father and one brother.

She was a member of Gethsemane Episcopal Church of Manhattan.

Dokken-Nelson is in charge of arrangements which will be announced later.
