DADE CITY, March 2 (Special) Flora Earlene Goodwin, 13, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Earl B. Goodwin of the Wesley Chapel neighborhood, died yesterday in a local hospital. She was born in Lynchburg, Va., and had lived in Pasco County the past three years. In addition to her parents she is survived by seven young brothers and sisters, Edward, Leonard, Daniel, Colene, Carletta, Fern and Marlene.
