Radio Personality. Mr. Brown was an accomplished artist and puppeteer, who drew all the artwork for WGN's "Ray Rayner Show," and did the puppeteer work for the Cuddly Dudley Character on "Ray Rayner," as well as the puppeteer work for all of the puppets on WGN's "Garfield Goose and Friends." He played Cooky the Cook on WGN's "Bozo's Circus" from 1968 until his retirement in 1994.
