Mr. Arch Bailey, 94 years of age, died at his home near Roy last Tuesday morning. He was well known in that section and one of the few soldiers remaining in the county. Mr. Bailey was a soldier in the Federal Army belonging to Company K of the 13th Kentucky Cavalry. He is survived by his wife and four children, Messrs. Charles, James and Luther Bailey and Mrs. Nan Holt, all of Adair. Funeral services were held Wednesday [January 18].
