Lydia Howland, the fifth known child of Mayflower passengers John Howland and his wife, Elizabeth (Tilley) Howland, was born about 1633. She was married by about 1655 to James Brown, a son of John Brown, Gent., of Wannamoisett, and his wife, Dorothy Brown.
