Michael M.,Hariet Louisa, Sarah A,.Francina died in 1845 and Edward moved to Ripley County Indiana With Children and aged mother.Edward married 2nd in 1849 to Jane R Taylor McCasson. children Lutitia. Jane died in 1859 Johnson Co Indiana. Edward married 3rd Matilda McCasson March 5 1860 Johnson co Ind and they moved to Daviees County Indiana by way of Terre Haute. They had children: George W, Edward Martin, Francis Ann, and Clara. Edward was a Wagon Maker and Carpenter and Farmer locateing 1st in Veal Twp. Daviees Co. He was a Devout Christian.

EDWARD DORSEY, AGED 89 YEARS PASSES AWAY

WAS FORMERLY A PROSPEROUS HARRISON TWP. FARMER

EDWARD DORSEY, one of the oldest citizens of the city, died this evening at his home on Cosby Street of general debility. He had been verry sick for several days and his death was not unexpected.
MR. Dorsey was 89 years of age and a native of Daviees County. He was for several years a prosperous farmer in Harrison Twp. but retired and moved here a few years ago. A Wife and three children, George and Edward Dorsey and Mrs Henry Osmon, survive him.
Burial will be at Ebeneezer Cemetery in Harrison Twp, Tuesday afternoon at two o'clock.
