Helen A. (Fuller) Henry, 87, of Worcester, passed away Wednesday, July 13, 2011 in the Jewish Healthcare Center.
She leaves her husband of 57 years, James J. Henry; four children: William Henry and his wife Denise of North Grosvenordale, CT, John Henry and his wife Mary of Clermont, FL, Teresa and her partner, Stephanie Briggs of Arlington and Paul Henry of Worcester; a sister, Margaret Rossi of Southborough; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was born in Worcester, daughter of Charles and Margaret (McColligan) Fuller and graduated from Commerce High School and Ward Business School. She was a Navy veteran of WWII.
Helen was a Supervisor for the US Postal Service in Worcester for many years before retiring. She was a member of St. Peter's Church. She enjoyed doing volunteer work for Fallon Clinic and the St. Vincent de Paul Society at her church.
The funeral will be held Saturday, July 16 from CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle St. with a Mass at 10 AM in St. Peter's Church, 931 Main St. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. A visiting hour will be held Saturday, July 16 from 8:30 to 9:30 at the funeral home.
