Never married. He and his brother, Lawt, lived together in a house off Murph Mill Road. When his brother died, his sisters, Esther, Grace and Annette decided that they would have Bob live with them so he wouldn't be lonely. Sad circumstance, Bob died only 1 1/2 months after Lawt. The sisters put his death down to sorrow over his brother's passing as they had been the best of friends since birth.
