Jess was the son Elvin and Clara Hall and the brother to Velma Crunutte, Leland Hall and Marilyn Dickerson. He was married to his high school sweetheart, Pamma George and together they had two beautiful daughters, Stacy Lenora Jones and Andrea Hall Lee. He was the grandfather of Cassi, Kelsey, Faith, Jake and Dylan.
Jess climbed on his first roof with his father Elvin when he was a mere eight years old. Roofing became his life job. He went on to own the company he and his father had worked for for many years.
