In Loving Memory of...
Deputy Michael Andrew Norris
Monroe Co #258

Deputy Michael Norris was on duty the evening of September 13, 2014 and answered a call of a possible suicide. When Deputy Norris and his partner arrived, the suspect opened fire on them and both deputies were shot.

In an act of ultimate sacrifice, after having given his own life, he continued to give the gift of life to others. His selfless choice of organ donation was his final act of service.

We honor and thank Deputy Norris for his sacrifice to serve and protect the citizens of Monroe County.

Blessed are the peacekeepers for they will be called sons of God.
Matthew 5:9
