Mr. Perfect, or Mr "P" as we called him was our kitty for many years. He was a gift from an old high school friend. We had some trouble with mice, and thought we should aquire a "mouser" to handle the problem. Mr. P was an outside kitty raised by a momma kitty who lived outside. She taught everything to Mr. P and Mr. P was picked up and brought home at the age of two months. Mr. P was just the solution to the problem as little headless mouse bodies began showing up on our door stoop. Near the end of his life, Mr. P suffered from a skin condition for several months. Despite visits to the vet and prescription medications, Mr. P passed away in October 2004. I found him nestled in the flower bed surrounded by fragrant flowers. He looked as if he just laid down for a short catnap. Mr. P is buried under the big Oak Tree in my backyard. He has a sentinel kitty to look over him. We miss him, and his macho personality.
