The day before Baby died he was so weak, as I held him in my arms he began nuzzling my neck, rather forcefully, as if he was saying please let me go. He was so intense, at first it scared me. Soon enough I relaxed and enjoyed the loving. Now my arms are aching to hold him again. I miss my Baby
Buried at home with loving care
We feed birds at our house and occasionally they fly into the window panes. Baby would hear the crash and run to the bird. He never hurt one, he just stood by and waited till I got there. He protected them from the other cats.
Once upon a time we took a vacation and left Baby in a kennel. Big Mistake! Ten days later we're back and taking him home. He is traumatized and looking for a place to hide in the car. I'm upset and light a cigarette, within seconds he come out of hiding 'sniffing the air'. He jumped in my lap, puts his arms around my neck and all is back to normal. Needless to say we never left him in a kennel again. After that he went too or we didn't go.
I like to believe that the Rainbow Bridge is an extended part of Heaven, and that someday we will all be together again. We Love You Sweetheart
