She taught at Huron Valley High School and worked as a Senior Manager of Training at Comcast. Edye had a passion for art, loved gardening, and traveling, especially traveling up north. She was a very generous person and always put others first. She loved her family and friends. Edye is survived by her beloved children: Jessica Rayner (Mark) Garrett, Joshua Bonno; loving parents Eric and Irene Rayner; her brother Eric (Laura) Rayner; grandchildren: Caleb Bonno, and Lily Garrett. Her sister Karen Schwarck passed away the same day unexpectedly. The family will be receiving friends at Phillips Funeral Home, 122 W. Lake St. (Ten Mile), South Lyon, on Thursday, February 11 and Friday, February 12 from 4 – 8 PM. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 13, 2010 and will begin receiving friends at 10:15 AM at the First United Methodist Church of South Lyon, 640 S.
