Services for Tanya Denise Brooker, 43, of Whiteface will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Whiteface High School Auditorium with Joey Pierce and the Rev. Harold Harrison officiating.
Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Park under the direction of Geo. C. Price Funeral Directors of Levelland.
She died Thursday, July 5, 2001.
She was born Jan. 14, 1958, in Levelland and graduated from Whiteface High School in 1976. She was a lifelong resident of Whiteface and attended South Plains College. She married Carey Brooker on March 19, 1976, in Whiteface.
She had delivered the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal for about 10 years and was co-owner of Knight Brokerage. She had been a 4-H leader, played softball and was active with and rode in Playdays for many years.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Zachary and Clayton, both of Whiteface; her parents, Jack Rae and Nelda French of Whiteface; her grandfathers, H.D. Price of Andrews and Ernest Brooker of Levelland; and two grandchildren.
