Solomon Walter, sick a long time with Bright's disease, but confined to his home only about three weeks died of that ailment at 3:55 yesterday afternoon at his residence, 423 Washington St. He was in the 62d year of his age. The deceased was in the employ of Lehigh Valley Railroad Company at this place for a number of years.
Mr. Walter was twice married. He is survived by his second wife and by Mrs. Mary Gellock of this city, a daughter by his first wife.
The deceased served as a member of the Pennsylvania Militia during the Civil War and was a member of Arndt's Church.
