Funeral services for Llowelyn Brazil, 60, of Leesville, Louisiana were held Thursday, October 3, 2013, at the Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Leesville, Pastor Casandra Coleman officiated. Burial followed in the Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery.

Llowelyn Brazil, passed away on September 25, 2013, he was born September 18, 1953, son of the late Euria Brazil and Miriam Brazil of Panama City Panama. Llowelyn completed elementary and secondary vocational education in Panama City Panama.

Llowelyn moved to the United States of America in 1976 and joined the U.S. Army. He then returned to the Republic of Panama and married the love of his life; they married on November 12, 1979. They completed successfully tours of duty in Panama Republic of Panama and Germany. Returning to the United States they were stationed at Fort Polk, Louisiana; where they decided to establish root and raise their family in Leesville, Louisiana. Llowelyn was very civic minded and believed in supporting his community and the people in it. Llowelyn is survived by his loving wife; three daughters; two sons; two brothers; four sister; seven grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.

Services were under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
