The graveside funeral service of Kelly Bryan Cheshire, 39, of Leesburg, GA, who died Tuesday May 8, 2007, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital, will be conducted Saturday May 12, 2007, at 11 a.m. at Leesburg Cemetery. The Rev. Jim Creason will be the vocalist and Rev. Bobby Harrell and Rev. Jackie Williams will officiate.

A native of Dougherty Co., GA, Mrs. Cheshire had resided in Leesburg since 1981 moving from Smithville. She was a graduate of Georgia Southwestern University and a member of the Kappa Delta Sorority. Mrs. Cheshire was a sixth and eight grade teacher at Lee County Middle School. She was member of The First Baptist Church of Leesburg and a member of The Lee Dawson Sunday School Class. She was preceded in death by her brother, Chris Bryan; her paternal grandmother, Vivian Kelly Bryan; and her maternal grandparents, Luther Daniel Watkins and Hallie Putman Watkins.

Survivors include her husband, Lee Cheshire; a son, Til Cheshire; two daughters, Jordan Cheshire and Kris Cheshire; her father and stepmother, Tommy and Kaye Bryan; and her mother, Le Claire Watkins Bryan, all of Leesburg; a brother, Luke Bryan and his wife, Caroline of Nashville, TN; her grandfather,Hugh T. Bryan, Sr.; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ben and Barbara Cheshire; sister-in-law, Stacey Cheshire Scott and her husband, Kevin; two nieces, Hailey Scott and Kyndell Scott; and a nephew, Jackson Scott, all of Leesburg.
