MOTHER of: Dale "Pat", Doug, Jim, Merry and Melissa

Kathy was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Rogers.

She is survived by her 5 children:
Dale Patrick of Powell, MO; Doug Patrick of Salt Lake City, UT; James Patrick of Rogers; Merry Heitkam of Los Angeles, CA and Melissa Wallentine of Salt Lake City, UT.
Also her 2 brothers, Wayne Allmendinger of Rogers and Billy Allmendinger of Stockton, CA.
1 sister Nancy Eddy of Little Rock, AR
21 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Services will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday at Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th St. Rogers with Bishop Eric Brown officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery near Hiwasse. Visitation will be 5-7 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.
