Sandra Lougene Parker, 55, of Newport News, passed away on Nov. 26, 2010.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard; and her brothers, Ricky, Timmy and Danny.
Sandra was a devoted member of the World Outreach Worship Center in Newport News, and a loving mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her two daughters and sons-in-law; her two grandsons and three granddaughters; her sister and her mother and a host of family and friends.
The family received friends from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 28, at Nelsen Funeral Home, 3785 Strawberry Plains Rd., Williamsburg. A service took place at the Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery at a later date.
