JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Funeral services for Mrs. Martha Faye "Mrs. Kitty" Hogan, 56, who went home Saturday, June 23, 2001, were held Tuesday from George H. Hewell and Sons Northside Funeral Home. The Rev. Butch Branson officiated. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery. Mrs. Hogan was a native of Johnston, S.C., and a long time resident of Jacksonville, Fla. She was a sales manager for Lens Crafters for 15 years and had devoted 10 years of her life to Arlington Lions Club Sports League. She was a spiritual person who was loving and caring, and who loved all people that she met. She was aware of spiritual truth and strived to live it, and was a member of the Gnostic Faith. Survivors include her loving soul mate, Dr. Roger B. Hogan Sr.; a daughter, Leigha Marie Hogan; four sons, Jason (Jane) Robertson, Justin (Meridth) Robertson, Roger Byron (Michelle) Hogan Jr. and Jonathon Scott (Erin) Hogan; two sisters, Helen Yonce (H.W.) Norris and Bonnie Yonce (John) Perdue; our best friends, Art and Sandy Mansfield. There were countless friends who were privileged to know her.
