Mrs. Jo Ann (Woodard) Birdsong, age 77, formerly of Winnsboro and Mineola, passed away on Thursday, December 25, 2014 at Hospice of East Texas in Tyler.
Jo Ann was born in Wood County on November 29, 1937 to the late James Floyd and Paula Nadine French Woodard.
She owned operated Ann and Dan's Children's Shop in Winnsboro for many years, and was a member of Northside Baptist Church in Mineola, where she played the piano for the church.
She married Wayne W. Birdsong on November 11, 1961; he preceded her on May 31, 2006.
