Marjorie E. Busse

The funeral for Marjorie E. (Atkinson) Busse, 83, of Council Bluffs will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Valley View Baptist Church.

Mrs. Busse died March 23 at Bergan Mercy Hospital in Omaha.

She was born Aug. 18, 1919. She was a longtime member of Valley View Baptist Church and its "What I can" missions program.

Mrs. Busse was preceded in death by her husband, Kurt, and grandson, Todd.

Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Marjorie and Walter Davis, of LaVista, Neb.; son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth and Wanda Busse, of Council Bluffs; grandchildren, Kathy McCollough, Suzan Steenbock, Tim McCollough, Heather Busse, and Hannah Busse; four great-grandchildren; sister-in-law Anna Lee Atkinson; many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at McCurdy Funeral Home. Burial will be in Silver Creek Cemetery.

Memorials may be offered to the church.
