Milton (Glascow) Glasco was born in New Iberia, Louisiana, St Landry Parish. He was the son of Henry Glascow and Felicia Jones. He dropped the W from his last name used the name Glasco the remainder of his life. He married Lillie Davis Walton, daughter of Miles D. Davis and Pricilla Jefferson of Waco Texas. They lived in Muskogee, Oklahoma until 1936 then settled in Los Angeles, California. Lillie died in 1948 from acute hypertension. They were married for many years and Milton was devoted to her. After her death he moved to Houston, Texas to live with his sister. In 1978 he was found dead of heart failure at his home. He was 89.
