Charlie Webster was the son of Perry Webster and Lucy Quabner Webster of Muskogee county Indian Territory before Oklahoma became a state. He was married to Willie Bell Davis and they were the Postmasters of a Town called Webster, Oklahoma. The post office was in operation from from 1908 until November of 1926 when it became part of the The Muskogee Postal System. The Webster Post Office is now on the Oklahoma Historical sites list.

Charlie was a Creek Freedmen enrollment Number 2449 on the final Dawes Rolls T529 census card Number 626. He was the husband of Willie Bell Davis and the father of Florida, Floyd, Alberta, Joseph and Pharania Webster.
Charlie Webster and his wife Willie Bell were the Postmasters of a Post Office in a town named after them Called Webster,Oklahoma which is now part of Muskogee from 1908 until the Post Office was discontinued in 1926 and the town. Webster, Oklahoma was re-district and became part of Muskogee, Oklahoma.
